| The Troop Committee is a group of parents who manage the more tedious aspects of maintaining a scout troop.
Fundraising, budget, meeting accomodations, troop newsletter, rechartering, sponsor liaison, and event logistics all fall under the
jurisdiction of the Committee. Furthermore, the Board of Review is formed of 3-5 of the members of the troop committee,
so these parents are also very involved in advancement. Mr. Joe Ostuni currently presides as Troop 400's Committee
Chairperson. In addition, there are various other positions on the committee filled by generous parents.
